Team was very accommodating but what they promised and what they actually did was quite different. We couldn't use bleach so knew that detergent only was a compromise. But it seems that they only use jet spray and if dirt doesn't come off first time, that's it. Sills were not even wiped clean (until I asked) and when painter went up on ladder, underside of fascia was filthy and dirt had not even shifted. Won't use them again. Also, thought I was going local as they say they go over Melbourne, but found they were a long way away, and of course was then charged for travel time. Very disappointed as Bryce sounded very competent.
